ADVERTISING SIGN PROGRAM

WEB PAGE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

 

 

The Hill Country Kart Club offers company’s two advertising opportunities, a sign program and a web page sponsorship program. These programs will generate much-needed funds for future projects and provide a great location for local advertisers.

 

Sign Program

 

Advertising space is available at the track on the highway fence and on the tower to prospective businesses.

 

Sign program procedures:

 

  1. Bring your proposed logo to a Board Member for approval, we are looking for advertising logos, which promote your product, or service is a positive, family atmosphere. The logo must be tailored to fit a white painted, 4x8 .080 aluminum sheet. The proposal must not contain profanity, nudity or defamatory information. The BOD reserves the right to refuse any logo if it does not reflect positively on the HCKC community.
  2. Following approval, you can take your logo to your favorite sign shop and have the logo prepared in vinyl and affixed to the aluminum sheet. The owner absorbs any cost associated with the sign or mounting, HCKC volunteers will hang the sign upon completion. The cost to display the sign on the highway fence is $250.00 per year and the tower is $400.00 per year and must be paid prior to it’s display.

 

 

Web Page Sponsorship Program

 

In addition to the sign program, HCKC is offering to prospective businesses an opportunity to become a web page sponsor on the clubs web site.

 

Procedures:

 

  1. Bring your proposed logo to a Board Member for approval, we are looking for advertising logos, which promote your product, or service is a positive, family atmosphere. The proposal must not contain profanity, nudity or defamatory information. The BOD reserves the right to refuse any logo if it does not reflect positively on the HCKC community.
  2. Following approval, choose what page on the HCKC web site you would like to sponsor. E-mail your logo using jpeg or gif format and your web site address if applicable to the Publicity Director. Your logo and a link back to your web site will be placed at the bottom of the page you request, if the page you have requested has already been sponsored you may choose a different page to sponsor. The cost to sponsor a web page is $100.00 per year and must be paid prior to its display.
