20-Year Membership Program
HCKC is now offering a new family membership program. This 20-Year Membership is open to everyone for a one-time fee of $3,000.00.
This membership has all the same rights, privileges and obligations as the Annual Membership as detailed in the HCKC Rulebook. The additional benefits of this membership include the following:
- Since the membership is paid in full for 20 years you are not subject to the Annual Membership Fee increases.
- All members of the immediate family are included. This means that if a family signs up and later a member of that family leaves and starts a new family unit, this new family unit also will have the same remaining rights as the initial family.
- Proceeds from this program go directly to the construction of the new track fund.
If you are a current Annual Member and would like to take part of this great opportunity just click on the PDF file to download the application. Complete the form and mail it with your check to the address on the form. Mark both the Renewal box and the 20-Year box. Your membership will automatically be converted beginning Jan. 1st, 2008 to the 20-Year Member Program.
If you are not currently a member, just click on the PDF file to download the Application. Complete the form. Be sure to mark the New Member box and the 20-Year box. Mail the Application and your check to the address on the form. For new 20-Year Members the remainder of 2007 is free as the 20-Year Program starts in 2008.
As stated above, the proceeds from this program go directly to the construction of the new track. In the event that HCKC is not able to build the track this program will be canceled and your money will be returned.
